The Last Warning

Since he was a child, Kylen Walker has lived with two kinds of dreams.

The first were the ones every kid has-dreams of becoming a football star, making it to the Division I level, and one day hearing his name called on football's biggest stage. He was well on his way to making those dreams a reality.

The second came after dark.

They weren't ordinary dreams. They were warnings.

For years, Kylen has seen flashes of moments that haven't happened yet-moments too vivid, too real, and too impossible to ignore. Some never made sense.

Others came true.

When a devastating family tragedy destroys the future he'd spent his entire life chasing, Kylen walks away from football and tries to bury the nightmares along with everything else he's lost.

Then he dreams of a young woman he's never seen before.
