This story picks up immediately after Duang and Qin officially announce they are a couple, while Jamie finally reveals his longtime partner, Marvis Lee, to the rest of the squad.

At the same time, another secret is revealed.

The mysterious *Nong Cherry* that Tong has been obsessed with since last year is finally revealed to be none other than Pae---one of Duang's best friends.

"I did it to help my friend," Pae claims.

But little does everyone know, Pae is keeping an even bigger secret from his friends and truthfully from himself. Because there was a reason he chose Tong over Kim, despite having access to Qin's entire circle of friends.

Just like there was a reason Tong kept returning even as it became increasingly obvious that he was being catfished, ghosted, and lied to. As there was a reason Tong held on for as long as he did.

Because some secrets are revealed through fake names while some are hidden behind screens.

But for Tong and Pae's case, some secrets have been standing right in front of them all along.
