A germaphobe CEO's tenancy is ending, panicked he must find anew place ASAP-but there's one problem. Ryan lives in London, where no amount of money can make avaliblity appear on his timeline.

Katie is debt-ridden, advises others on how to make their money last, while running out of it herself. With rent in the red she needs a roommate-and fast. She makes a post for the second bedroom in her flat, not expecting the man that shows up on her doorstep.
