The Astraevyn Chronicles: SunBound

book 2

They feared the Moon.

For ages, its power was whispered about in legends and prophecy - a force that shaped kingdoms, changed the course of history, and left the world forever marked by its presence.

But the Sun?

The Sun was never feared.

Because no one remembered it ever existed.

Until a prophecy was spoken.

When Caius Valtoren was only three years old, the last Oracle revealed a truth that had been hidden from the world. A prophecy known only in its entirety by the Oracle who delivered it and the Vampyre King who carried the burden of its secret.

Caius was not only the heir to the Vampyre throne.

He was the return of something the world had forgotten.

Now, at twenty-one, the Vampyre Prince must face a destiny written in shadows and light. Within his blood burns an ancient magic unlike anything the world has ever known - a power thought to have vanished with the first dawn.

The Sun has returned.

As kingdoms tremble, forgotten enemies rise, and secrets buried beneath centuries of darkness begin to surface, Caius must uncover the truth behind his lineage and learn to wield the power that could either save the world...

Or bring it to ruin.

Bound by blood. Marked by the Sun. Chosen by a destiny no one was prepared to face.

The Sun has awakened - and the age of darkness will never be the same.
