I've died more times than I can count and I don't remember a single one of them. Cute, right?

Eighteen years old, dropped off on the Salvatore School steps like a foundling with a note pinned to my blanket that said she isn't human, don't ask. Raised half on Olympus, half in Mystic Falls, built out of the bones of gods I've never met and titans who watch me like I'm their last chance at redemption. I've got a thousand years of blood on hands that are technically eighteen years old. Funny how that math works out.

I don't do fate. I don't do prophecy. I sure as hell don't do being told I'm somebody's weapon, somebody's fail-safe, somebody's last resort when the world starts eating itself. But apparently the universe doesn't care what I do or don't do.

I've got a wolf who loves me like I'm the only soft thing left in his life, and a vampire who looks at me like he wants to find out exactly how much of me is real. I've got two baby dragons on Olympus who'll be the size of buildings by Christmas, a sister with a body count and a bigger heart, and a whole school full of people who don't know yet that keeping me around is the most dangerous decision they'll ever make.

Something is waking up inside me. Old graves. Old names. Old wars I apparently fought and lost.

Buckle up. I promise you, none of this ends the way you think it does.
