Duang was a play boy, he didn't know how to deal with his emotions, he thought it would be better to just ignore it, fill the gap with something else, or someone else. That someone else turned to more than just someone but some people.
He constantly got caught two-timing, sometimes up to 4 at a time. He didn't see it as his "exes" or "playdates" did.
