Azelyn McGonagall's hatred for Mattheo Riddle began in first year, when he tormented her for being a Professor's daughter. Of course, being young and emotional, she went crying to her mother, and the Riddle boy had detention for a week. Ever since then, the two have despised each other, breaking out into arguments over the smallest things.
The girl had been sorted into Slytherin, and she was devestated at first, but she grew to love her house. Azelyn made many close friends, and even has a friend group which she loves. Apart from her nemesis, of course. He just had to be part of the group too. Though, they rarely interacted if they weren't fighting; the pair just silently glared daggers at each other.
"I hate you, Riddle."
"It's mutual, McGonagall."
