As Class 3-A and 3-B enter their final, grueling year at UA Academy, high-collateral hero candidates are forced into experimental containment cells to prove they can protect civilian zones. Enter Rei Shirogane-Class 3-B's quiet, slouchy, combat-boot-wearing audio controller whose Quirk, Acoustic Resonance, allows her to absorb and mute devastating shockwaves.

To her, the academy's top vanguards are nothing more than a sensory nightmare. Midoriya Izuku is a storm of high-pressure air flicks and overthinking.
