Scepter of Sleeping Souls

After defeating Malachi and sending him to the Other World, Emmi thought she was equal. Her Ring of Power is equal to Malachi's Amulet of Power. No sacrifices.
But winning created a new problem.
Malachi is awake in the Other World white sky black sand, because his Amulet allows him and only him to do things there and not be statue asleep. He is conquering it as his own, and the Tribe of Warriors - not Protectors but warriors - are fighting his attacks the best they can. Merlin dreams of them.
On Earth, Dracula won't awaken yet, still in red ice coffin under Fire Rock, but the ongoing battle with the vampires gets worse.
Stephen begins turning his attention on the relationship between Lucinda and Emmi and questions how long till Lucinda turns Emmi into a vampire.
