My story is about a girl named Crystal. She is a 15 years old and lives in a small town outside of Texas. Her and her best friend Clover, They have been best friends since Clover moved in next door. She moved to Lancaster 6 years ago. They have been best friends since Clover kicked a ball over the fences and hit Crystal in the face with it. After that they started hanging out all the time and in less than two weeks they were inseparable.
One the first day of school there teacher tells them they will be heading to Prevost's Ranch. They will have to bring there own horses. Clover has to many horses she can't decide which one to bring. So she asks Crystal which one it should be. Of course she picks Midnight, the most mysterious horse Clover owns. Midnight is pitch black with a star shaved on his left thigh. With pitch black mane that has one white streak down it. Crystal picks moonlight a white horse, with a moon crescent shaped on his right thigh. They grab there saddles.

At first he doesn't want to be there, but eventually finds a reason to stay. Rose has had a good life up until the day of the accident, but now she's got to face loss, and heartbreak, but she's got to learn to get back in the race. This story holds romance, family, trust, understanding the past, and conquering your fears. *Read to find out more, I know it may sound boring from the description, but it's really not.
