The year is 2020 and America is in a bitter and hostile War of Dictatorship vs Democracy. Evelyn Morgan has little left to fight for and is on the verge of giving up. By chance or by fate she is unexpectedly left responsible for Joshua, a seven year old boy who has been seperated from his father and she is suddenly given a reason to fight for a better future and to head north to safe territory. Scared and unprepared and in a bid to escape the dangerous streets of their home town they meet a group lead by an AWOL Soldier and his mysterious, free spirited friend who are all heading North to find safety again. And one night as he's talking with one of the boys a girl with her golden hair barge in and thought she was the most beautiful girl he'd ever seen. The next night he came back to watch her a little bit hoping that she would be the "mother" of the boys who were on Neverland. He offers her a chance of a lifetime to come with him but, she says only if my brothers can come long. And as they get to Neverland the battle that was brewing with his rival became stronger and put the girl named Wendy (who he started to like) in more danger then he thought.
