It seemed that everyone in Beacon Hill knew about his paw-shaped birthmark that rested on his back placed directly in the center of his left shoulder blade. It was just a birthmark, he never understood what the big deal about it was. Could it have been his love and interest in wolves that also pushed them to call him that name? Stiles was never too sure.
