For generations, the four Clans have lived beneath the watchful eyes of StarClan, following the warrior code that has guided them through countless battles, disasters, and seasons. ThunderClan, RiverClan, WindClan, and ShadowClan have survived every threat the forest has given them...

Until now.

A strange sickness has appeared within the territories-one unlike anything the medicine cats have ever seen. It begins quietly, with fever, nightmares, and strange behavior. But as the moons pass, the infected cats begin to change. Their instincts twist, their bodies become unnatural, and the warriors they once were slowly disappear beneath the disease.

The Clans call them the Hollowed.

No cat knows where the sickness came from. Some believe it is a warning from StarClan. Others fear it is something far older and more dangerous than any enemy they have faced before. As the infection spreads from territory to territory, friendships are tested, families are torn apart, and the warrior code is pushed to its breaking point.

Medicine cats search desperately for answers while leaders struggle with an impossible choice: save every infected Clanmate they can... or protect the living from those who are no longer themselves.

But the Hollowing is changing.

It is learning.

And deep within the forest, something waits for the four Clans to fall.

When the warriors become the monsters, who will be left to protect the Clans?
