Game Of Thrones: House Of Dragons
Daenys Targaryen was sent to ward in Oldtown, before she could utter her mother's name, let alone know the cruel touch of love. Two years she spent alone, surrounded with nursemaids and septa's, until her brother-Daeron-followed. Those two were the soul light of the Hightower. Screaming and babbling to each other until they'd plopped against one another, tiresome. It seamed, the sun rose and fell in their favour, for the two royal babes woke just as the blazing sun cracked over the horizon, and fell asleep in the oddest of places. Daenys, two years her brothers senior, grew fond of chatting to the birds that settled on trees, more specifically the ones that came every morning to the sill of her window.

Some songs are not sung to celebrate heroes... but to mourn them. The realm stands on the edge of war. Dragons fill the skies, ancient houses sharpen their blades, and every oath carries the weight of blood. Born as the third child of Queen Alicent Hightower and King Viserys I Targaryen, Princess Aeryssa Targaryen was raised between two worlds - the warmth of her mother's devotion and the weight of her father's crown. Known to those closest to her as Issa, she is a princess of Old Valyria's blood, yet her heart is far more fragile than the legacy she carries. As the realm divides and whispers of war spread through the Seven Kingdoms, Aeryssa finds herself caught between duty and desire. Bound by her family's loyalty to the Greens and the ambitions of Oldtown, she must choose between the path laid before her by blood and tradition - or the dangerous road her own heart demands. But in a world where alliances are forged through marriage, loyalty is bought with promises, and love can be considered treason, every choice comes with a price. As the Dance of the Dragons draws closer, Aeryssa discovers that the greatest battles are not always fought with swords or dragons. Sometimes, they are fought within the heart. In a realm where blood decides destiny and fire consumes everything it touches, one question remains.... Can love survive a war written in blood? Or will Aeryssa Targaryen become nothing more than another forgotten ballad?
