Five children disappeared inside Freddy Fazbear's Pizza in the summer of 1985.

Their photographs appeared across newspapers. Their families demanded answers. The police searched the restaurant, but no bodies were ever found-and Fazbear Entertainment buried the case beneath closed locations, false statements and forgotten birthday songs.

Eight years later, eighteen-year-old Elias Vale receives a telephone call from inside the abandoned pizzeria.

The boy on the other end knows his name.

He also died eight years ago.

Pulled back toward a childhood he cannot remember, Elias discovers an old photograph showing six children standing beside a smiling yellow rabbit. Five of them became the missing children.

The sixth was Elias.

Now the animatronics are moving again, Henry Emily is hiding the truth, and William Afton has returned to complete an experiment that began on the night of the murders.

The spirits inside Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy and Golden Freddy do not want Elias to rescue them.

They want him to remember why he survived.

Because six children entered the back room.
