After the death of her beloved grandmother, Radleigh Colette Calloway finds herself being the sole owner of the vast ranch business in Ransom Canyon, left to her by her grandparents, she decides to take up the chance and shift to the countryside, to hide herself from the constant exhaustion that came from being the perfect daughter of two very famous television and news channel personalities. At Ransom Canyon, no one seems to know the Channel 8 princess, so Radleigh hides her identity to finally live a normal life, away from paparazzi, pretense and harsh expectations.
It was difficult, sure, from heading a Michelin star restaurant, to becoming a rancher, she was a fish out of water, but she would do anything to just....live for herself, not just be alive, but actually live her life.
.....and as it turned out, she wasn't the only one living the same tiring life, a certain hot, handsome, certainly older silver fox at Ransom Canyon might just be the bird of the same feather....
