THE SKOTI SERIES: 01
A forgotten valley lies hidden beneath an endless veil of fog, where no map can guide travelers and no one who enters ever returns the same. At its center stands a mysterious community known only as The Silent Watchers-shadow-like figures cloaked in black, their glowing white eyes piercing through the mist. They neither speak nor move... unless they are being watched.
According to an old legend, the valley has existed long before history itself. No one knows where the Watchers came from. The oldest records claim they appeared overnight, emerging from the fog without warning. They built no homes, grew no food, and left no footprints, yet they have remained there for centuries without aging.
Looking for one last unforgettable adventure before summer ends, Seren Alekseyevna Zimova and her friends set out to explore a legendary valley hidden beneath an endless veil of fog.
Strangely, they never attack. They simply watch.
No one knows what they say. Because no one who hears their voices is ever seen again.
Yet weeks later, another silent figure can always be found standing among the Watchers, its glowing eyes fixed on the next traveler who enters the fog. They meet is a young man named Nyros. Unlike the eerie stories, Nyros seems completely ordinary. He smiles, speaks naturally, and welcomes the travelers with surprising warmth. When. Seren mentions the Silent Watchers, he laughs softly and assures them that the legends have been exaggerated by outsiders.
But as the days pass, strange things begin to happen.
At night, Seren wakes to see dark figures standing silently outside her window. The moment she calls her friends, the figures are gone. Her friends insist she imagined everything. Only Nyros believes her.
Strangely, they never attack. They simply watch. For generations, only one rule has been passed down:
"The day they finally speak to you... you have already become one of them."
