The Truth Behind the Demon King's Fall

Long ago, the mighty Demon King fell at the hands of the Hero, bringing an end to an age of darkness. Thousands of years later, the world has forgotten the truth behind that war. Kingdoms have risen and fallen, races stand divided by hatred, and ancient legends have become little more than myths.

Reborn as a human named Shreeni, the former Demon King desires only a peaceful life. To protect those around him, he seals away nearly all of his overwhelming power and hides his true identity. But peace is never simple in a world where forgotten relics, mythical books, legendary weapons, and long-buried secrets are beginning to awaken.

As a student of the prestigious Empire Academy, Shreeni must navigate rival races, dangerous conspiracies, powerful mages, master swordsmen, and enemies who unknowingly search for the very being he once was. While the world struggles toward another great war, the greatest threat may not be the return of darkness-but the forgotten history that everyone chose to erase.

Will Shreeni continue hiding his true self, or will the world once again witness the power of the king it thought had vanished forever?
