My hopes in writing this is to raise awareness on the reality of living with a mental illness and/or an eating disorder. It's more serious than most people care to believe and it is very, very real. Neither of those things are something a person can just "get over". It's very harmful to that person and even those around them. I encourage you to get help if you are suffering with these or anything like these. It can get better. Also, regardless if you have one or not, if someone comes to you and they try to talk to you about having/possibly having any of these things HELP THEM. I'm basing this short book off of my own experiences. These are real and have happened to me or someone I'm close to. I WILL NOT mention ANY names. Please read and share this story. People need to be educated on the reality of mental illnesses and eating disorders. WARNING: this is very graphic and detailed. It may disturb or trigger some people.

This story is about depression disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, personality disorders, other mental illnesses, self harm, suicide, bullying, and the stigma of mental illness. This book was written to help others and educate people. It is also written to let people know where/how they can get help. I put some of the links to the sites I used. I am NOT glorifying or romantizing any of this. This book is NOT used for diagnosis of any kind as I am not a mental health professional. So PLEASE DONT SELF DIAGNOSE YOURSELF WITH A MENTAL ILLNESS. This book contains sensitive content, so read at your own risk. #breakthestigmaofmentalillness
