In the aftermath of the Clone Wars and the deaths of Count Dooku and the Separatist Leaders, a shutdown signal was sent to all Battle Droids units throughout the Galaxy and the Clone Army was decommissioned, effectively putting an end to the Clone Wars. Jack had his Tactical Droid, Kraken, oversee the reproduction of the Droid Army and Project Rebirth and enters cryo-stasis to preserve his youth, reawakening once the time comes. In time, the Confederacy of Independent Systems will return to resume its original purpose: free the Galaxy from the corruption of the Republic, now the Empire.
