Walking in, I thought I could hear my heartbeat in my ears louder than them damn tractors in the field, but boy was I wrong, because when the 6'3 tattooed man walked in-head high, jawline sharp as he wore the most charming smile I have literally ever seen in my whole life-I heard my heartbeat in every part of my body.

Straightening my suit jacket, I let out a deep breath before shaking off my nerves. I can't do this right now, gotta put on my A game-my future wife could be right on the side of those doors. That thought alone is enough for me to straighten my shoulders as the confidence fills every part of me before I walk in. First thing I see is all the women they're all laughing and-holy fuck. I forget about the rest of the women completely as my eyes lock onto the only blonde. She's beautiful, not just cute or pretty; no, she is like a mesmerizing goddess. I've always thought love at first sight was bullshit-if only my past self could see me right now.
