Alex lived by the sea his entire life with his best friend. Growing up under the shadow of a football-legend father, he has had pressure on him since a young age to be the best. He never wanted anything complicated. Especially not with the girl who has a boyfriend. But when he meets the real Delaney, he feels a connection he never saw coming.

But somewhere during bonfires, beach days, football games, rain storms, and late-night conversations, Delaney becomes the one person Alex cannot stop thinking about.
