"You thought wine stained the carpet? Well just imagine that it's blood." In the streets of Detroit two psychotic people are on a hunt getting ready for a killing spree. They are well known fugitives and are searching for enough people to satisfy their twisted minds with torture and new games. But they aren't like the others who will just kill you. No, this is a much worse fate, to be tortured for days, to kill innocent people or watch them be killed in front of you, forced to do the most terrible things they think can think of, then be thrown into a sick minded game. Will these criminals be caught from one boy who escaped? For Jason its a race against time to turn these people in while they are hunting him down the streets of crime riddled Detriot, where so few cops survive will they even belive him and risk their lives for one mentally unstable boy?
