Transformers Prime: The Son of Airachnid

Long before Optimus Prime and Megatron brought the Great War to Earth, another legend was forged within the harsh streets of Kaon.

Born to Airachnid and Tarantulas, Rimuru inherited the ancient bloodline of the Insecticons. Raised by loving parents despite Kaon's unforgiving conditions, he grew into a brilliant scientist, gifted doctor and one of Cybertron's most formidable warriors under the mentorship of Shockwave.

As Cybertron fell deeper into corruption, the divide between Iacon and Kaon grew wider with every passing cycle. Witnessing the suffering of ordinary Cybertronians, Rimuru made a choice that would change his life forever, he chose to stand beside Megatron and the newly formed Decepticons, believing that Cybertron needed change.

After surviving Shockwave's classified Multi-Transformation Project, Rimuru became the first Cybertronian to endure an experiment that had claimed every volunteer before him. Constantly improving himself with advanced technology and powerful weaponry, he soon earned a reputation as one of the Decepticons' most elite warriors.

As friendships are tested, loyalties are challenged, and the Great War engulfs Cybertron, Rimuru must forge his own path through a conflict that will decide the fate of his world.
