Thaelys Targaryen has always felt as though she was cursed, that's what she has been told all her life. Orphaned at a young age, she was sent away by her brothers to live with her mother's family, who treated her horribly. Thaelys is no weakling. After witnessing one of her brothers commit a heinous crime, she is abducted to ensure her silence. Complicating things, she finds herself inexplicably drawn to Daemon, a feeling she can't reconcile.
