Jazmine was one of the few people who helped in the orphanage where they lived. One day, she heard something behind the door as she was about to lock it. Before she could see whose voice she heard, her surroundings were suddenly filled with a loud noise, and she didn't know where it was coming from. All she could do was cover her ears and close her eyes. The loud noise subsided as she slowly opened her eyes. "Huh? What happened? The loud noise is gone now. Wait, where am I...? Huh?!"

(This story is in Tagalog and English) (GL) Note: This is a slowburn story. They say some feelings come quietly. Red Santillan's didn't. It hit her in the middle of the night- in dreams that felt too real, in words she couldn't forget, in a name she wasn't supposed to care about. Alessa Hilsendeger. All rights reserved.
