A simple girl from a small town in Kentucky makes her biggest step in adulting and moves to the big city of New York where southern hospitality runs you no where but in her in the hands of a neighborly dispute.

Genevieve "Evie" Daniel's is her name. She's freshly 22 & tired of living in the south. Evie had a rough life but due to her top tier intelligence from getting her bachelors in Fine Arts, it was mends for an opportunity to land in her lap in Manhattan, New York. Sure it was expensive but her job paid well just for entry level.

Unfortunately for her, the place she was set with wasn't as expected. Entry level got you in an apartment in Brooklyn near the trap houses & slumps. With that being said, she's stuck next to her loud mouth, pot smoking, gun trapping neighbor, Jaron "Jetti" Bishop. He was heavily known in the city & was the magnet for trouble which caused commotion for Evie being that at times, she had to work from home.

The two bicker 24/7 until it all ends with something neither of them imagined to play out. But what is this "something" and what will it do to their ongoing feud?
