Akki Kazume lives with her delightful siblings and awful stepmother in a small house in a quiet, rural part of Japan. Until it floods. With water (shocker).
When she drowns to death, she wakes up within the Naruto universe, her favorite childhood franchise, but long after the actual events of the series. Naruto has settled down with a wife, Sasuke has... well, settled down isn't the right word, given that his daughter has never seen his face. And, though Akki has been given an apartment by the generous Seventh Hokage, her neighbor is anything but friendly...

Look. This is somewhat of a complete Boruto rewrite. This very loosely starts off with following the Boruto canon, and might not follow it for long. The romances are OC x OC or Canon Chara x Canon Chara, especially given that there are no young adult characters in Boruto (Kawaki is FIFTEEN, NOT AN ELIGIBLE BACHELOR). This book deals with LGBTQ+ themes heavily, and the main character will (eventually) figure out they're transgender. Be aware of this from the beginning.
