We are no longer looked at as people, but only as figures. Items. Numbers.
Numbers, people think of numbers as the amount of items they have. I guess that’s all we are now, items. All we are is someone’s tools being used every day without point or reason. We don’t get paid or even get a decent meal. All our food, well scraps of food, just falls from the sky. We get no plates no cutlery, although only a few people knows what that is anymore. No one thinks for themselves anymore they just stand around aimlessly until someone tells them what to do. I don’t understand this yet because I have only been here for two days. Before I was taken I used to run and play and have feasts with my family. But all that changed when they came.
