Plus, the majority of the time, it was soft, gentle, no matter how harsh its words. It rarely ever got angry with me, almost like even though it was destroying me it cared for me in some fucked up way. Even in the worst possible way it was always there for me, its cruel words and bitter remarks comforting me. It never failed to tell me the things I'd begun yearning for it to say. "You'll always be alone, Alex. No one will ever love you, you worthless piece of shit. You're better off dead, it will make everyone so much happier."
