He tensed up as he quickly unraveled his hand from mine, looking at me confused and utterly terrified. He did his best to scoot away from me, his broken ribs holding him back, and went completely pale as if he had seen a ghost. And at that moment, I was the ghost.
Then, those three, heart wrenching words escaped his lips, and my heart dropped,
"Who are you?"

When I face him again, Ashton is smiling. He leans back slowly in his seat, resting his folded hands on his stomach. "This is gonna be fun." I narrow my eyes at him. "What's gonna be fun?" We run away from something I don't know. I just know that there is something that was pulling me through a deep unknown darkness. But he was there and now we are running away. I couldn't respond, I couldn't react, and I lost all hearing and I could only hear ringing turning into silence as I stayed in my fathers arms, cold out. It hit me, I'm dying. With my littlest bit of force left, I barely clenched onto my father's shirt, then free fully released it. Everything was disappearing, I slowly dropped my eyes and all I seen now were the people closest to me, Luke, my mom, my dad, and Sara all crying, crying over me. Then, it ended.
