Izuku's End, Haven's Rise

Izuku Midoriya learned at four years old that the world had no place for the powerless. Branded Quirkless, abandoned by his friends and treated as little more than a servant by his own family, he survived by training in secret and clinging to the dream everyone insisted was impossible.

At eleven, he finally ran.

With no destination beyond far away, Izuku fled Japan and eventually found himself wandering the rain-darkened streets of Dublin. There, a man with razor-edged teeth cornered him-only to be destroyed by fire, white lightning and an unknown liquid forced down his throat. Izuku barely had time to learn that his attacker had been a vampire driven into a murderous frenzy before one of his rescuers' faces melted away, revealing a living skeleton beneath.

When Izuku awakens in Valkyrie's house, an inexplicable pull leads him towards the sealed caverns hidden beneath it. Skulduggery and Valkyrie believe the passage is responding to something within him: something ancient, dormant and untouched by Quirks.

Beyond it lies a cavern infested with creatures that devour magic, a second locked door and a mystery no Sanctuary record can explain. Under the tutelage of two legendary sorcerers-and eventually serving as the newest Arbiter at their side-Izuku is drawn into a hidden world of sorcerers, magic in its countless forms and the Faceless Ones' relentless attempts to claw their way back into reality.

Years later, the missing key finally opens the chamber. Waiting inside is a rune-covered bow staff carrying the unmistakable presence of a God-Killer weapon-yet it answers to Izuku alone.

Now bearing the Taken Name Steadfast Haven, Izuku must uncover what makes him so different, why ancient magic recognises him and what it truly means to be the Child of the Ancients.

Because something old has awakened with him.
