Everyone has a role. Someone has a secret.
When FC Barcelona are invited to spend a luxury weekend at the magnificent Blackthorne Manor for an immersive murder mystery, it sounds like the perfect escape from football. A glamorous country house. Lavish costumes. Hidden identities. Secret objectives. One fictional victim.
Then the body appears.
Within minutes, lifelong teammates become suspicious strangers. Alliances are formed, evidence begins disappearing, secret passages are uncovered and every clue seems to create three more questions instead of answers. No one can trust anyone, every guest has something to hide and every conversation could be part of a carefully constructed lie.
At the centre of the chaos are Jay Jones and Alexia Putellas.
Determined to solve the mystery together, they quickly discover that investigating a murder is considerably more difficult when your teammates are stealing clues, accusing each other over lunch and treating every innocent glance as evidence of conspiracy. As the weekend spirals into hilarious paranoia, long buried family secrets, mysterious letters, hidden maps and impossible motives transform a simple game into an obsession that grips the entire squad.
With every new discovery, the mystery grows deeper, the suspects multiply and the line between performance and reality becomes increasingly blurred.
Because at Blackthorne Manor, everyone has been given a role.
And someone is playing theirs perfectly.
