In the Intervallum Universe, humanity has moved forward by the use of sound-waves and frequencies that are both inside and out of the human hearing range as well as the vibrations that naturally come with. With a deeper understanding of sounds we were able to improve humanity and its technologies; we have increased our medical arsenal, improved military strengths and have a more liberal government through a more reliable currency and trade source. But the most important thing that has come of amplifying sound vibrations, is that we've even managed to distort light itself.

Through these developments, we've finally managed to reach out to neighboring stars, but what we failed to realize... was that maybe we had reached just a bit too far...

This is a seven part book; the first five being character introduction and how they're connected to one another and the last two getting to the nitty gritty. The very last will come in two segments and there is a Reference to help understand some terminology and places that I may make up. But don't fret it... I won't bend reality too-too far, I promise.
The first four parts are simultaneous and you'll be able to read them in any order without missing anything from the story, though the order they are set was intended for the suspense and throwing the reader into the same confusing position that the characters are going through.

I hope you can find this to be a good read and constructive criticism is always welcomed.

A/N: This is a fairly old book, so I'm rewriting it! Please read it, I've worked very hard to patch up the plotholes and make it a better story :D https://www.wattpad.com/story/367228350-no-turning-back-rewritten A mission to find intelligent life on extraterrestrial planets. Both a success... and a failure. Socks crash-lands on the planet known as Earth, inhabited (for the most part) by the species Homo Sapiens - Humans. His ship was totaled and his home was hundreds upon hundreds of light years away, not to mention also through a black hole. So of course, leaving isn't much of an option. On this new planet, Socks meets some new friends, a group of humans he grows fond of. It's peaceful, and, although homesickness is present, he is at peace. But nothing lasts forever. For a little piece of home resides in the shadows. A dark one that, although Socks has never formally encountered, knows all about and had been influenced by greatly. If it weren't for him, he may not even have been on Earth. And that little piece of home... Wishes him and the entire human population to hell. ---------------- NOTE: THESE CHAPTERS ARE CURRENTLY UNDER RECONSTRUCTION. I didn't feel like entirely rewriting the book, so I'm rewriting individual chapters currently. This note will be deleted once I've rewritten everything. This story contains themes relating to blood/gore, demons, trauma, death, and (slight) insanity. If these themes bother you, I suggest you be careful reading this story. There's also Blazafor1 ships. I am not trying to make it weird, though, so don't worry about it too much unless you are REALLY uncomfortable with ships such as this. Hybrids and the Hybrodeic language belong to NephaliMations :D they are not my idea

*Completed* Ranked #1 in alienplanet in Jan 20 2020 Please, LISTEN TO ME!! I know you think I'm crazy and I know they told you I'm dangerous, but you have to just listen!! My people are dying! They are being killed, ruthlessly slaughtered by the millions!! I know exactly who is doing it too-but it doesn't make any sense. I don't understand why they are doing it. Please help me, help us!! To whoever gets this message, I can't do anything from here-please! I am begging you!! Please-just get me off this damn planet!! [END TRANSMISSION] ------------------- Earth is not alone in harboring life. The galaxies and universes have been opened, and all the intelligent beings residing in them have been connected and unified with each other. It has been over a million years since the Pentaverse, a cluster of five neighboring universes, was organized and unified. Now, hundreds of otherworldly species live in relative harmony with the one another. The unification was good for many species, but for some species, the change caused unexpected extinction. As a team of the Conservation of Species Committee investigates a mysterious decrease in the population of a robotic species, they stumble upon something that could potentially result in the destruction of the entire Pentaverse. This is not your average Wattpad story about how the 'bad boy meets the good girl'. This book is about a series of mysteries that begin to unfold as you read and travel through space with a group of unsuspecting aliens. This story will make you laugh, it will shock you, surprise you, and it will leave you hungry for more-all the way to the last word. Be aware, there are some adult themes in this book including drinking, swearing, love making, death, and murder. None of those topics are explored too deeply however, so I do not think it is appropriate to give this book a 'mature' rating. *********** @2020wattyawards

There is an unexpected turn in the story that drastically changes the course of events and, in the long run, even the lives of those involved. Magpie, the first to be involved, suddenly finds himself in the world so unlike his own. Will he find his place there or will he be at least able to go back home? He seems to find his way back from this new world of giga-dimensions but something unwanted happens, and things go worse. The cultural differences, together with a challenging personality traits of another involved in the events, suck Magpie and his friends into a downward spiral. The story challenges you to see the world differently from the perspective you are perhaps too used to and narrowed by. Life can be an adventure if you don't narrow it with a bigotry that forces you to be rooted in your trenches and behind your dividing walls. This doesn't mean you have to accept others' views without standing your ground. However, to be able to share our lives in this one and only world we need to make compromises, on both sides. Are you the first brave one to set this positive trend in motion? So read on and let the foundation of the story be laid. From the end of episode 1 on, the story really picks up, finally reaching its climax at the end of episode 3 with quite a surprising finish. Your participation in solving this shared challenge of coexistence and cooperation is highly appreciated. Remember those who cooperate make more progress than those who don't! The ideal audience for my first book is actually between 12 and 16, but anybody older and interested in adventures, cultures and in getting more understanding into our multifaceted world is sure to enjoy the story. (The whole story has now been published, the only thing I'll still add is the final epilogue but the story is already available in its entirety.)

What would you do if you found yourself trapped in a video game as an NPC with seemingly no hope of returning to the real world? Having grown up without parents, Daisuke finds himself in a perpetual cycle of poverty as he tries to survive in the bottom rung of society. When the world's first VRMMORPG, Sehreneti Online, is released to the public, he decides to take a gamble by borrowing a buttload of money from some shady people to propel his hack-selling side hustle into the big leagues. After nearly getting his leg twisted into a pretzel for failing to pay off his loan on time, Daisuke decides to put his plan, Operation Jupiter, into action. Although a cool-sounding name, he didn't seem to be in Lady Luck's good graces that day. After uploading the code into his capsule and commencing the startup, everything goes haywire, booting his consciousness into the virtual world. When Daisuke comes to, he finds himself as a newborn fresh out the meat oven-and, of course, his circumstances are far from ideal. Apparently, he is still poor, but instead of being an orphan, he is now the son of a prostitute in the slums, with seemingly no connection to the game system or the real world. How will Daisuke overcome this trial, and will he be able to return to the real world? If you enjoy GameLit and LitRPG light novels such as Sword Art Online, Solo Leveling, The Rising of the Shield Hero, and That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, then you'll definitely enjoy this epic tale!

Der Mensch ist böse. Der Mensch muss besser und böser werden So lehre ich. The human is evil. The human must become better and more evil. So I teach. A conflict of good and evil, in which evil proves that it is not as weak as it seems. Proving that darkness can overcome the light, The Twin Devils of the Rhine soar through the air. Their gaze, ferocious. Their weapons, locked and loaded. Their thirst for blood, at overdrive. The Empire fights its way against the entire world, one against them all. But one shall prove that their efforts are not in vain, for The Fairy and The Steel Gargoyle are on their site. Mercy is the last thing on their list, and their hate for the divine is right at its top. As one who denied God, and one who aligned himself with Lucifer, they fight their way through the war. One which carries the mind to fool God. One which carries the muscles to kill God. Be it a bullet, soldier, or bomb, nothing was effective against such a duo. Both of their life may have ended earlier than imagined, but like the undead, they rose from their tombs. Their rest was cut short, and their life once more began, this time, surrounded by nothing but evil and chaos. With them, they carried the will of The Empire, slaughtering dozens upon dozens of heretics who dared to raise weapons. An old ally on the wars of the world we're familiar unites once more. This time around, however, there are no nations to save their enemies from destruction and bloodthirst. War Does change. -------------------------------------------------- - Youjo Senki is owned by Nut studios. - English is [NOT] my first language. - I don't own any Gifs/Images/Videos used here. - Mentions explicit violence, and more. --------------------------------------------------

The multiverse theory states that there is a universe for every possible scenario, a number so large it's possibly infinite. Would that mean there's a universe where my book is real. 14 year old Max Carsley finds himself hanging in the delicate balance of being a normal teenager and learning how to rule a planet. He lives in a highly advanced interstellar civilization spanning light years, sharing it with 11 different intelligent bipedal humanoid alien species, including humans, with access to flying cars, wormhole portals, and the technology to traverse the stars. How can one find balance with this chaotic lifestyle? What are royalty really like behind closed doors? And most importantly... what secrets are the members of the galactic council hiding? Find out as Max, his family, and his friends discover things that not only lead him further down his path of fate, but help him discover more about himself and the universe. This is not your typical SciFi/Fantasy Novel. It's so much more. This story is a mix of teen drama and space politics. It's kind of a mess but like, so am I. Every chapter is important, so don't skip any! Is this book mature cause I like to swear? You be the judge. IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS IS A DRAFT!! THIS IS NOT THE FINAL VERSION OF THIS BOOK!! THE FINAL VERSION WILL HOPEFULLY BE ON STORE SHELVES CAUSE THAT'D BE SO COOL!! (Final version will include whatever tweaks are necessary to have all 4 books sync perfectly)
