Arianna is forced into joining a club for her social economics class - where she meets seven other teens struggling with their mental health, abusive families, and trauma. She leaves her popular girl life for the outcasts, and discovers the tragic reason the "writing club" was founded in the first place. Each teen has their own story, their own romance, their own struggles - and their own point of view.
