Bobby Singer's Daughter.

Zara Singer is the adopted daughter of Bobby, and adopted sister of Dean and Sam, as John leaves them with Bobby while going after Azazel, resulting in the three children forming a close sibling bond.

So close in fact, that Sam and Dean refuse to go with John on multiple occasions. John hates this, and forces them to leave with him, straining their already fragile bond.

Sam, Dean and Zara become a formidable trio of hunters, talked about through hunter networks and by supernatural beings alike. They even become a warning, passed from parent to child among supernatural beings, to not draw attention to themselves.

After a night out with Sam and Dean to celebrate her twenty first birthday, where she made some questionable decisions, Zara finds out she is pregnant. She is scared intially, but with Sam, Dean and Bobby's reassurances, she decides to keep the baby, to raise them outside hunting.

Only a couple of months later, Bobby's killed by a vampire while on a hunt. Then, to make matters worse, a whole hoard of demons break out of hell, and set off the apocalypse, endangering everyone.

However, Zara, Sam and Dean are safe in Bobby's well-fortified house, which is good for Zara, especially as her pregnancy progresses and she becomes less capable of fighting for long periods of time.

Lucifer, from TV series, appears not long after Bobby's death and the beginning of the apocalypse, along with Amenadiel, because they want to keep Zara, Sam and Dean safe. They help Zara throughout the remainder of her pregnancy.

But then, not long after the baby's born, demons somehow manage to break into the house, sending Sam, Dean and Zara, clutching her baby, running into the woods.

Somehow, Zara gets separated from Sam and Dean, and gets lost. Amenadiel soon finds her and reunites her with her brothers.

They figure out the mass weakness of the demons, and end the apocalyse. Lucifer and Amenadiel stick around to help raise Zara's baby.
