BloodEagle is a notorious vigilante that was international. He was feared in North America, Europe, Eurasia, South East Asia, The Middle East; practically every corner of the world and every political leader there was. His futuristic exoskeleton, drones, and brutal assassinations is what gave him his name from the public (mostly the internet). Previously working for Valentina, he had become a thorn in her side, and with her being on trial for human experimentation? That made things even more difficult. So she tried killing him! Just like she did with the Thunderbolts*. Or, the New Avengerz as they're called. Because of Valentina's failure to put him down, he has gone a killing spree of her workers, soldiers, scientists, and board members; along with the occasional political supporter. He has a contact up in New York, someone who knows a specific Blonde Haired Ex-Red Room assassin. He has to make his way to New York and meet this context so he could get some intel on Valentina and the rest of OXE's executives, but the problem was that he had no clue it was Yelena Belova; and that her office was literally her spa.
