Scarlett, a 24-year-old hitman, is commonly confused for male due to her strength and techniques. Her identity remains unknown; only very few people know her lookalike. She's known as the best hitman in their small town; if someone wanted a job done, they would call her. Through her targets, she would run into small problems. A detective named Sato Wood. A detective new to the field, but with better knowledge than the old detectives who retired some time ago; his father, James Wood, being one of them. Oddly enough, Scarlett's boss, Jamie, was an early retired detective before he took over his father's job as a boss. Leading a group of multiple hitmen. Scarlett, being his most recent hire, became very good at the job very quickly, becoming the top hitman.

One of the problems Scarlett faces in her field as a hitman is Detective Sato Wood himself; he becomes a threat very quickly.
