Copper 9 was once a beautiful planet ruled by drones. However, when an antagonist named Cyn attacked, everything went downhill. Now, who knows however many years later, the attack still bothers those involved. The destruction was immense, but the drones on separate sides had now learned to "deal with" each other.
As a memoir of the victory against Cyn, one monument was kept up and not rebuilt.
Cabin Fever Labs.
The remains of the labs bother one of the surviving disassembly drones, Serial Designation V. Also the one who had sacrificed herself while there. She had survived, but there is a potential hallucination bothering her.
Perhaps it was more than met the eye.
