People would think someone like Liliance wouldn't have much to worry. Both her parents were alive, and making good money. No chronically ill siblings that she had to take care or whatever.
But that's the thing. People see her life just as that, on the surface level. They don't know what happens through closed doors, what thoughts go through her mind at night.
And what about all the struggles she faced but never told anyone, because she knew no one would care?
A glimpse in her diary would tell you, that her life is far from perfect or happy.
