What if Deku was a Taoist ?

Abandoned by his quirkless-hating family and left to die in a foreign city, five-year-old Izuku Yagi should have had nothing left. But a beggar's kindness points him toward a legend - a mountain sect that asks nothing of a person's blood, quirk, or birth, only their will to grow strong.

Taken in by Mount Hua, raised on Ki cultivation instead of Quirks, and mentored by masters who see him as more than "useless," Izuku begins a new life far from the world that threw him away. But old wounds don't heal quietly, and the strength he's building was never meant to stay hidden in the mountains forever.

This is not the story of a hero. This is the story of a sword.
