Eyes on you {🔞}

I thought I knew the person I trusted most.

My best friend.

My safe place.

The one person who had always been there for me.

But after my relationships began mysteriously falling apart, I started to realize someone had been watching me all along.

Now I'm trapped with a truth I wish I had never discovered.

When I opened my eyes again, Charlie was still standing there.

And all I could think about was the life we used to have.

The life before the lies.

Before the secrets.

Before I discovered what he had done.

My voice trembled.

"charlie..."

I swallowed hard.

"Can we still go back to how we used to be?"
