-Hey, you! Stop!- Samantha yelled, completely ignoring the risk of attracting the walkers with her shouting.

Daryl kept walking, seemingly unfazed.

-I'm talking to you, asshole!- she snapped when she realized yelling wasn't having any effect.

Without thinking, she pulled out the gun Rick had allowed her to take that morning along with the rest of her gear. She raised it toward the sky and fired a single shot without a second thought.

The echo rang through the air before fading away, leaving the deserted town to its original silence.

Daryl stopped dead at the sound of the gunshot.

-What the hell is wrong with you?- He turned and marched toward her threateningly -You still looking for trouble, brat?-
