Monroe Manor

When Aria inherits her grandmother's secluded summer estate on the cliffs of Washington, she expects an empty house filled with old memories.

Instead, she finds a stranger.

Matthew has been living at the manor, finishing the restoration her grandmother hired him to complete. He claims he has nowhere else to go, and despite her mother's warnings to stay away from the house, Aria finds herself unable to turn him out.

As the summer unfolds, the manor begins to feel less like an inheritance and more like something that has been waiting for her.

It all seems perfect, but a nagging feeling is tugging at Aria.

Her mother has always insisted that the manor brings nothing but heartache. She won't say what happened there all those years ago, only that Aria would be better off selling it and never looking back.

But some secrets have a way of resurfacing.

And at Monroe Manor, the past may be closer than Aria ever imagined.

Some love stories are meant to last forever.
Some never even get the chance to begin.
