Sorry If I've Loved You Before

What happens when an author who's supposed to be writing about love doesn't believe in it? Meet Rua, a chronic overthinker and perfectionist to a fault, who's stuck trying to finish the ending of her award winning book series. As someone who consistently believes in endings, somehow, writing one seems to be impossible. Enter Kai, a new restaurant owner, and a resident middle-child. Kai's spent his life trying to figure out where to lead it, shuffling through careers like changing clothes, who's finally found his calling in the kitchen. Kai's spent his life searching for an anchor- to reduce the loudness of his life and a purpose beyond just a career. As they fall in love, they;re both forced to question what it means to love, and be loved quietly.
