Haus of Balloons ( Elijah x Reader x Klaus)

Mystic Falls has always belonged to Elena Gilbert and whatever disaster follows her. You have never had much interest in being part of it. Especially not the crazy Vampire drama. After an overdue breakup leaves you more bitter than heartbroken, you go to a Founders' event with little more than the intention of making it through the night. That's when you cross paths with him...

Elijah Mikaelson.

There is something unsettling about him, something you can't quite place. He is polite, composed, old-fashioned, and somehow, he makes you feel less alone. What begins as a quiet connection becomes something neither of you expected.

Somewhere along the way, you cross paths with Klaus, unlike Elijah, there is nothing quiet about the way he enters your life. There is something immediate about him, something almost instinctive, as though some unseen thread has been pulling you toward the same moment long before either of you knew the other existed.

What's a girl to do?
