Before The Sun Rises

At eighteen, he's finally gotten what he's always wanted: A place at one of New York's best universities, a promising future in science, and enough distance from his small Mississipi hometown to dissapear into the crowd.

There is only one tiny problem...He's a mutant. To his mother it's a blessing, to him it's trouble, and to everyone else it's the sign of someone with the potential of being great someday or a weapon. The only issue? He doesn't want to be great or a hero, he just wants to be a person. At least that was the plan up until now.

There are five individuals standing outside of his room. One of them is wearing a red visor. One of them is short and hairy. One of them is a black woman with white hair and blue eyes. One of them is a red headed woman with striking green eyes. The last one is a bald man in a wheelchair with a pleasant smile who's asking me if they can come in. The only issue is, his mouth didn't move when he asked this question.

"Well, my Saturday just went to hell"
