I turned my head so I was looking forward again. I lifted up my head to gaze into the man’s honey brown eyes. “Who are you?” I asked the stranger. He smiled at me before he started talking. “Blue calm and peaceful oceans have turned to black storm and raging destructive waves. Clear, open, fresh and filled with the sun’s light skies have turned to thick, full of depressive rain, dark clouds with deadly hammering thunder booming as its only light and sound. Embraced by mostly brown and green with beautiful colors peaking around, overwhelmed by the amazing scents of the endless varieties, the mysterious but welcoming sounds that can be heard from everywhere in the forest have turned to a colorless scenery where all life is gone, the softness of the welcoming nature now scratching by its unwelcoming thorns, the harmonious and tranquil feeling that lingers around has been pushed away and replaced by the feel of fear and suffocation. What once was such a beautiful, innocent, pure and complete soul has turned into a glooming, grieving, filled with pain and shattered shadow. ‘Who are you?’ You ask? I’m the one who will help and change what has changed before.”

Walking into an empty house is normal to me. I guess I got tired of saying 'I'm home' when nobody is home to reply. It wasn't always like this. I remember when our family was close. Now we don't see each other any more. We don't talk to each other. We don't eat with each other. We don't ACKNOWLEDGE each other. This all happened after my 'Mother' killed herself. My father blames me. This is my story about how I learned to not count on anyone else but myself. I'm broken. I'm used. No one can fix me. But when the New Boy in town tries to fix me, everything will change. Good change or Bad change, I don't know. Only time will tell.
