Jessica stayed neutral in the war between the super heroes and the super villains for 4 years. During this time she lived alone in a cave in one of the only places where the war was almost forgotten. Almost. This all changes when a new super hero base is made and she's found out. Now she forced to participate in the war. This also means she's forced to dig up almost forgotten memories and cause another war. This one in her mind.

After a careless scientific accident with new elements, people with supernatural abilities began to surface. Society adjusted, and social norms changed. She opened her eyes, watching intently as the heroes slowly crowded on the rooftop around her. The moon illuminated their serious masked faces and flashy suits, giving Neera the opportunity to figure out what powers they might possess. She kept her eyes halfway closed and studied them. Most of the suits were at least 75% black. One hero stuck out in her blue suit. It had no black on it. Neera was wary of the color of her suit. /How did I end up here?/ One of the heroes had surprised her with a lucky hit almost a minute ago. She had felt the impact and acted on it, diving to the ground. She had a better fighting chance against the six when they were caught off guard. Even... Natasha." He says and I frown my brows as well with the two fellas behind him. "Natasha?" I ask him, he smiles slightly and shakes his head. "Sorry, Natalie. But she changed her. Natasha Romanoff." He explains but before I can say anything he says "You remember her right?" When the news that Bucky had been drafted into the army at 23 years old and Steve was attempting to enlist reached her, she was devastated.
