Chenfordpez at Mid-Wilshire

Lucy Chen thought transferring to Mid-Wilshire University would mean starting over-new classes, new teammates, and a new life.

She didn't expect to find two people who would completely change it.

Tim Bradford is the first person Lucy meets. He's sarcastic, protective, and somehow ends up in nearly every one of her classes. Angela Lopez is the basketball captain who welcomes Lucy onto the team and quickly becomes one of the most important people in her new life.

Before long, Lucy realizes she's developing feelings for both of them.

And the problem?

Tim and Angela are best friends.

When Tim admits his feelings for Lucy, Angela decides the only thing she can do is step away-even though it breaks her heart. Lucy doesn't understand why Angela suddenly seems distant, and the more time she spends with Tim, the more complicated everything becomes.

Jealousy, misunderstandings, basketball rivalry, hurt feelings, and a few badly timed confessions force all three of them to finally confront what they've been trying to avoid.

Because maybe Lucy doesn't have to choose.

Maybe Tim and Angela don't have to either.

Or

One girl. Two people. Three hearts. And a relationship none of them expected.
